Day 1: Mo, 2019-Sep-09, 15:30-18:30, TU Braunschweig
Day 2: Tu, 2019-Sep-10, 9:00-16:30, TU Braunschweig
This workshop gives a hands-on introduction to our simulation software for electronic and optoelectronic quantum devices. The workshop demonstrates how the software works by discussing both simple and realistic devices.

Download
Download nextnano software (2019-09-05, Windows installer)
If you don't have Administrative Rights, you can download the version without the installer.
The nextnano software solves the Strain, Poisson, Schrödinger and Current equations self-consistently in one, two and three dimensions. It can be applied to a large variety of semiconductor nanostructures such as nanotransistors, LEDs, laser diodes, quantum dots, nanowires, quantum cascade lasers, HEMTs, photodetectors and solar cells.
