Output electron and hole densities into files density_electron.dat and density_hole.dat expressed in units dependent on dimensionality of the simulation.

• In 1D simulation the unit is \(1/\mathrm{cm}^2\)

• In 2D simulation the unit is \(1/\mathrm{cm}\)

• In 3D simulation the unit is \(1\)
