Softkill Selected Simulation

Instead of killing the process directly, this softkill function tells the running nextnano tool to terminate after the current iteration loop has finished. This option is recommended, if you want to evaluate the simulation results of that simulation. It is supported by the nextnano++ and nextnano³ tool.
